The Grant Readiness Intensive is a focused engagement designed to give you a clear picture of where your organization stands and a prioritized plan to get grant-ready. What's included: A 60–90 minute deep dive call, a written Grant Readiness Plan with clear next steps, light support on one or two key areas, a 30-minute follow-up call, and recordings of both sessions.
