Custom Grant Support
Grant support that meets your nonprofit where it actually is.
Whether you need to get ready, get writing, or get support, there's a clear path forward.
Grant Support Grounded in Real Nonprofit Experience
Since 2015, I've worked in nonprofit, creative arts, and mission-driven environments, and that background informs how I approach grant strategy.
As a board-certified music therapist with nonprofit leadership and operational experience, I understand that strong grant work is not just about writing a good application. It is also about clear programs, realistic budgets, organized systems, and the capacity to follow through.
That perspective shapes how I work. I focus on building grant materials and systems that are clear, practical, sustainable, and useful beyond a single deadline.
Best Fit Organizations
This work is a good fit if you're a small or founder-led nonprofit that's serious about funding but stretched thin on time, staff, or clarity about where to start.
Grant Readiness Intensive
Not every organization is ready to apply for grants — and that's okay. Before a proposal can be competitive, the foundation has to be solid: clear programs, realistic budgets, organized systems, and language that funders can follow.
If you're not sure where the gaps are or where to start, this is the right place to begin.
The Grant Readiness Intensive is a focused engagement designed to give you a clear picture of where your organization stands and a prioritized plan to get grant-ready. It's not ongoing coaching or grant writing — it's a strategic diagnostic that tells you exactly what needs to happen and in what order.
What's included: A 60–90 minute deep dive call, a written Grant Readiness Plan with clear next steps, light support on one or two key areas, a 30-minute follow-up call, and recordings of both sessions.
Investment: $1,000

If you’re not ready for a full strategy session yet, the Grant Readiness Assessment is a simple self-guided first step.
This digital assessment helps you look at the systems, documents, financial practices, program clarity, and organizational capacity funders often expect to see before they say yes. It’s designed to help you identify where your organization is already strong, where gaps may be weakening your applications, and what to prioritize before pursuing more grants.
Best fit for: nonprofit founders, grassroots organizations, and small teams that want more clarity before investing in grant writing support.

Custom Grant Support
For organizations that are grant-ready and need a strategic partner to help them build, strengthen, or sustain their funding efforts over time.
This is collaborative, ongoing work scoped around your organization's specific goals, capacity, and stage of growth. It may include fractional grant and funding strategy support, proposal development, funding calendars, funder research, and narrative development. Depending on your needs, this work may also include reusable proposal development, budget building, and organizational storytelling, such as short video assets that help funders connect with your mission.
There's no fixed package here because the work looks different for every organization. What stays consistent is the approach: practical, strategic, and built around what actually moves your funding forward.
If you're ready to work together, the best next step is a conversation.
